Returns and Cancellation Policy

Once sold. goods cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason.

In case of urgent cancellations, the company reserves the right to either accept or decline the cancellation, subject to the shipping status. Cancellation and restocking fees may apply, with minimum of 40% of invoice value.

Any refunds made will be done through online payment modes only.

The company reserves the right to make changes to their returns and cancellation policy as per their discretion.

Warranty Instructions:
Domestic:
"LAKSHMI ENGINEERING PRODUCTS" (hereinafter referred to as "the company") gives warranty for 1 year to this product against manufacturing defects only (if any).

The company's decision in determining the cause of failure will be final.

The company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to negligence in handling or misuse of the product by the user/customer.

During this warranty period, the company's liability is restricted to only repair of product or replacement (whichever is decided by the company) and does not include any monetary payment unless specifically expressed by the company under unavoidable circumstances.

During the warranty period, the company holds the right to either repair or replace parts at free of cost, if the product is returned personally or in a prepaid transportation to the location said by the company at the time of lodging a complaint.

International:
"LAKSHMI ENGINEERING PRODUCTS" (hereinafter referred to as "the company") gives warranty for 1 year to this product against manufacturing defects only (if any).

The company's decision in determining the cause of failure will be final.

During the warranty period, the company will give support over voice and video call anytime as requested by the client.

If any items are returned for warranty repair/replacement, the items should be well packed to avoid damages, and the to and fro transportation has to be has to be borne by the customer.

The Company will not be liable for any damage/loss of the product because of any reasons, when shipped to the company’s location for repair.

"The warranty terms set by the company are final. No individual(s), Company, Dealer or Distributor owns the right to add, modify or extend the terms in any manner whatsoever."
